Mystic's bunk bed sets debut.

HIGH POINT, N.C.--Bunk beds can be a great space saver but finding attractive bedding that can easily and neatly cover these beds can sometimes prove difficult.

Mystic Valley Traders of Woburn, Mass. is introducing three bedding ensembles designed to address this need at the International Home Furnishings Center April Market here. In addition, three groupings for conventional beds are also being introduced.

The ensembles will consist of a lined coverlet with coordinated king sham and accessory pillow. Three different color schemes will be launched--decidedly male, undeniably female, and unisex. The coverlets are tailored to fit snugly over the mattresses eliminating excess fabric.

Three introductions for conventional beds will include two Town & Country prepackaged groupings. The first grouping will be a neutral palette of beiges, ebony and white, featuring 100 percent linens, a smokey taupe and an ebony, sparked by a black and white scroll pattern, a plaid and giant rickrack trim.

The second grouping will be a 100 percent olive-hued linen contrasted with a teal blue 100 percent linen, both coordinating with the narrow stripe and foliage print.

The new custom grouping, Clarissa, combines four distinct textures--voile, damask, chenille and plain weave. Solids and backgrounds are color variations of English creamware, foils for a stripe that is intense and fresh.
