Mobile technology provider Myriad Group AG (SIX Swiss Exchange:MYRN) revealed today that it has entered into a new agreement to extend its existing partnership with Telefonica.

The new agreement allows Telefonica to provide mobile social networking services to Vivo mobile subscribers across Brazil. Myriad's Xumii social networking services will be marketed to Vivo customers under the Vivo brand.

This agreement is said to reinforce Myriad's five-year partnership with Telefonica which was announced earlier this year and it increases Myriad's addressable market to 140m subscribers across Latin America from the current 80m.
