My Telly: Consumer hero Matt takes on the bad boys; Brassed Off Britain (BBC1, 7pm).
When you pay for service, you expect it to be efficient, professional and polite, but on many occasions, the reality is very different and we'releft feeling let down and ripped off.
However, consumer hero Matt Allwright and his team are back to stand up for our rights and show us how we can protect ourselves from shoddy workmanship, rude representatives and downright disgusting treatment.
Nominations have been sent in for the top 10 persistent offenders and over the next few weeks Matt will be investigating why these in particular have provoked such national outrage.
The series kicks off with estate agents -a trade widely regarded as dishonest and one which,if the thousands of em ails and phone calls the show has received are anything to go by,could be improved ten fold by implementing relatively small and simple changes to working practice.
Voting kicks off during the first programme and at the end of the series, a live final will reveal which of the finalists is the worst culprit.
