My TV with TV chef Rosemary Schrager; Talk TV.
Byline: with EMMA PRYER
TV A starring role I'd love would be... One on Coronation Street. It would be an absolute dream to be pulling pints in The Rovers.
I've been a lifelong fan and I love Mary Taylor's character [played by Patti Clare]. She's got such a great sense of humour.
An embarrassing TV confession I have to make is... While filming The Big Family Cooking Showdown we ended up watching Judge Rinder and Jeremy Kyle between takes! I'd never normally but we've been loving them because they are so awful.
The TV shoes I wouldn't want to fill are... Mary Berry's! I know my name was pushed around when Bake Off moved to C4, but no one ever made an approach. Prue Leith is very good but I would call that role a poisoned chalice because of all the comparisons with Mary.
A childhood show I loved was... Bill and Ben The Flower Pot Men. I thought they were so creative. Rosemary is one of the judges in new ITV series Culinary Genius, starting on Monday at 3pm.
