My PERFECT day.

By SAM WITTER, trainer to the stars and creator of My Nutrition Plan (www.mynutritionplan.co.uk) MORNING I'd wake up in Barbados and enjoy a healthy breakfast overlooking the sea. I'd then go for a nice long run along the beach before chilling out.

NOON It would have to be spent at L'Avenue in Paris - the atmosphere and food is like nothing I have experienced before and the city is constantly buzzing. NIGHT I'd head over to St Tropez to wander around the port. I'd enjoy a meal as I take in the hustle and bustle of the town before heading for a few drinks in the famous VIP Room club.
