Byline: The Register-GuardHarmonies will ring out at Singin'est Night
Five barbershop quartets - including Rivalry, the 2002 Evergreen District quartet champions - will harmonize during the Cascade Chorus's 57th annual Singin'est Night of the Year at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the South Eugene High School auditorium, 400 E. 19th Ave.
Rivalry features former Cascade Chorus members Ted and Turner Stiers. They are the twin sons of Denny Stiers, who directed the Cascade Chorus in the 1980s.
Also performing will be Razorburn, a fledgling Eugene quartet featuring new Cascade Chorus director Coby Foster and former director Gabe Carretto, and the local quartets Fore Over Par, After Five and McKenzie Touring Company.
Tickets, at $10 and $12 each, will be sold at the door.
