The Abu Dhabi General Services Company 'Musanada' has completed the maintenance and rehabilitation of various wedding halls in the Western Region in preparation for weddings and the Abu Dhabi Motors Club (ADMC), in preparation for the Liwa International Festival (Tal Moreeb).

The work on the wedding halls in Madinat Zayed, Ghayathi, Delma Island and Sila was performed on behalf of the Western Region Municipality (WRM), while work for the Abu Dhabi Motors Club was performed on behalf of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council (ADSC).

Musanada's FM department was given the responsibility of preparing those facilities and delivering the planned schedule of work on time and on budget.

Work on the wedding halls included the refurbishment of facilities, implementation of planned and preventive maintenance activities for all mechanical, electrical & plumbing (MEP) works and inspection of all fire fighting systems and fire alarms.

Upon the successful completion of these preparations, Musanada made a team available on-site 24/7 to meet any emergencies that might transpire during the mass weddings.

ADSC employed Musanada's FM services for preparing the ADMC facilities in Tal Moreeb for the Liwa International Festival.

Due to the high security and safety standards applied under the supervision of the FM team, Musanada has been able to complete all its preparatory work without any accidents or injuries, well within the stipulated period.

Engineer Helal Al Blooshi, acting director of facilities management at Musanada, said: "Musanada remains committed to provide the best FM services to clients. These services will contribute in fulfilling WRM's goal of providing a world-class facility for their mass wedding ceremonies.

"Also, ADSC will be able to conduct a grand sporting event during the Liwa International Festival."

Musanada began the planning of the work on these facilities during the past year and appointed a dedicated team which paid visits to the sites and conducted thorough analyses.
