Murder denied.

A MAN yesterday denied murdering prostitute Anne-Marie Foy.

Kevin Kilshaw, 44, appeared before Liverpool Crown Court via a video-link with Walton prison and pleaded not guilty to murder.

The body of the mother-of-four was discovered last September at the junction of Crown Street and West Derby Street in the heart of the red-light district.

Kilshaw, of no fixed address, spoke only to confirm his name and enter his plea

Judge Henry Globe QC, the Recorder of Liverpool, further remanded Kilshaw in c ustody.
