Mundra Port bags Coal Terminal Project.

The Mundra Port and Special Economic Zone Ltd have won the bid for the development of coal handling terminal at port of Mormugao Goa. It is to develop as well as operate a berth at the port to handle about 6.5 million tonne of cargo and would handle 5 million tonne in the first year itself. The terminal at Mormugao is start operations by FY 2012.
