Multifamily loan.

The owner of an 86-unit apartment project in southwest Little Rock landed a $1.68 million mortgage.

Marshall Property Management LLC, led by Donald Marshall, got the 10-year loan from Greystone Servicing Corp. of Bethesda, Md.

The 4.1-acre Whisperwood Town. houses & Apartments development a 8419 Baseline Road previously was linked with an April 2002 mortgage of $1.48 million held by One Bank & Trust of Little Rock.

Marshall bought the project for $1.68 million more than two years ago from Richdale Development Group LLC, led by William Richardson, and Tisdale Properties and Development LLC, led by Tracy Tisdale.
