* Patent No. US 7,405,191 B2 Unilever has patented a process for making a cast matrix solid or semi-solid multiple use fabric care article for a tumble dryer. The process entails creating a mixture that contains approximately 25% of an anionic surfactant comprising soap, 10-60% of free fatty acid, 1-50% of a non-ionic material, and from about 0.5-10% polymeric structuring agent. The mixture is poured into a mold with a sheet or fiber form of 0.2-10% of a filler non-woven structuring agent.
