Mullins magic; LARRY LYNX ON TODAY'S IRISH TURF.

WILLIE MULLINS' horses are in tremendous form - and he looks the trainer to follow in the principal races at Navan and Cork.

The brilliant Ruby Walsh is fancied to ride a double for the County Carlow trainer at Navan with Cousin Vinny and Rhyl Accord.

At Cork, Quel Esprit can do the business for Mullins in the valuable Stayers Novice Hurdle.

Quel Esprit was also engaged for Navan's Grade One Barry and Sandra Kelly Memorial Novice Hurdle but Rhyl Accord (1.20) does duty here.

The four-year-old certainly looks the part after being barely extended to beat Emotional Melody by four and a half lengths at Thurles last month. Cousin Vinny (12.20) is highly rated by his trainer and this smart performer can start his fencing career with a victory in the Beginners Chase.

Quel Esprit (1.00) is a staying hurdler with a big future. He impressed when scoring over two and a half miles at Punchestown last month, and will take some beating in Cork's three-mile Novice Hurdle.

Back at Navan, Walsh can round off a superb day with a victory on trainer Tony Martin's All The Cousins (2.20).
