Mouse Osteopontin ELISA Now Available from ALPCO.

Salem, NH, May 31, 2013 --( The second species-specific kit in a line of Osteopontin ELISAs is now available from ALPCO. Following the launch of ALPCO's Human Osteopontin ELISA in April, the new Mouse Osteopontin ELISA will prove to be a valuable addition to the company's bone metabolism and toxicology product portfolios. The assay can be run in three hours with just 5 [micro]L of plasma or serum sample. Other Osteopontin ELISAs for rat and canine will also be released later in 2013.

“We're pleased to launch the second addition to our new line of Osteopontin assays,” says ALPCO President, Sean Conley. “We've heard from the market that there's an unmet need around accurately measuring Mouse Osteopontin, which is why we began developing this new line of products. I'm thrilled that ALPCO is providing solutions to fill the void.”

ALPCO's VP of Scientific Operations, Martin Blankfard, adds, “I'm confident our customers will appreciate our new Osteopontin product line. Researchers will be delighted with the small sample volume and the reduction in assay time compared to most other Osteopontin kits on the market.”
