Moudis to design for fashion tenants.

Ted Moudis Associates (TMA), a New York-based architectural and interior design firm, will be creating new showrooms and office spaces for OshKosh B'Gosh and Boston Traders, two children's clothing manufacturers. OshKosh B'Gosh, both the international and domestic division, and Boston Traders will be relocating from the 32nd to the entire 38th floor at 350 Fifth Avenue (Empire State Building).

Al Cleary and Howard Simpson of Cushman & Wakefield were the real estate consultants for OshKosh B'Gosh and worked closely with Patrick Garvey, eastern regional manager, in securing the 18,000-square-foot space in this landmark building.

Completion date has been targeted by TMA for mid-June, 1992.
