The Automotive News PACE Awards are awarded annually to companies displaying superior innovation, technological advancement and business performance among automotive suppliers. This prestigious award, now in its fifteenth year, is recognized around the world as the industry symbol of innovation. Automotive News and co-sponsors Ernst & Young and TRC Inc. will present the 2009 awards on April 20, 2009 in Detroit, Michigan. The complete list of 2009 finalists and honorable mentions can be found at

MVSC's DMVDesk[R] system allows auto dealers to manage the registration paperwork processing performed in the dealership and automates the previously manual process of filing paperwork with the Department of Motor Vehicles. The system allows dealership management full visibility into the DMV process, ensuring compliance with State regulations while providing an easy to use interface for the clerk to manage his/her workload. Since the launch of DMVDesk in January 2007, over 100 dealerships and dealer groups across California have implemented the system with great success.

About Motor Vehicle Software Corporation

Motor Vehicle Software Corporation was founded in 2005 for the purpose of providing a comprehensive Registration Management System to a market that had few technology options. Founders of the company include Don Armstrong, who created the nation's first online vehicle and watercraft registration renewal system for the State of Michigan, and Kelly Kimball, who is widely recognized as an early innovator of eGovernment, consulting with governments worldwide.
