Mother of all reality TV shows.
In Generation Sex, a single man in his thirties will date both a mother and daughter before choosing between them.
Further episodes will see dads and sons battle it out for a woman in her thirties.
The makers, Talkback, hope the show, due on Sky One in January, will produce rows, jealousy and underhand tactics.
But family campaigners say it will encourage dysfunctional families.
Phillip Hodson, a fellow of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, said: ``This shows TV plummeting to new depths.
``If parents can't let their children grow up and are jealous of them, it damages the children and stops them being good parents.''
A spokesman for Talkback brushed off criticism and said: ``Think of the Samantha character in Sex And The City.
``She is in her forties, she could quite easily have a 20-year-old daughter yet she is very attractive, very sexy. It's not grab-a-granny.''
