Monsanto's Automotive Marketing and Development Center

Installation of new equipment and enhancement of computer-aided design and engineering resources, and material and parts performance testing capabilities are part of a 70% expansion at Monsanto's Automotive Marketing and Development Center in Auburn Hills, MI. Equipment additions include a super-computing workstation, which can convert customer CAD data into three-dimensional computer models and provide faster and more efficient analysis of mechanical and structural part performance, and a coordinate measuring machine, which provides accurate measurement of a wide variety of automotive components. The center also offers an environmental testing chamber.
