Money manager leases at Carnegie Hall Twr

Kingdon Capital Management Corporation, an investment management firm, has leased 4,100 square feet of space comprising a portion of the 48th floor of Carnegie Hall Tower. The announcement was made by Henry Elghanayan, chairman of Rockrose Development Corporation, which developed the 60-story office tower located at 57th Street in Manhattan between the renowned concert hall and The Russian Tea Room.

Kingdon Capital currently manages over $100 million.

Mitchell A. Arkin, vice president and director of commercial real estate of Rockrose Corporation, and William G. Cohen, executive director of Newmark Real Estate Services, negotiated the leasing transaction on behalf of the ownership. Jason Carter of Jason Carter & Associates represented Kingdon Capital Management Corporation, which plans to relocate from 245 Park Avenue in October.
