Hydrovance (National Starch) 20.00
 (hydroxyethyl urea)
Methylparaben (Protameen) 0.20

Phase B
Propylparaben (Protameen) 0.10
Drakeol 7 Lt. (Penreco) 4.00
 (mineral oil)
Pristerene 4911 (Unigema) 3.00
 (stearic acid)
Protachem GMS 450 (Protameen) 0.50
 (glyceryl stearate)
Crodacol C-95F (Croda) 0.20
 (cetyl alcohol)
Triethanolamine 99% 0.50

Phase C
Deionized water 2.00
Germall II (ISP/Sutton) 0.30
 (diazolidinyl urea)

PROCEDURE:

Combine water from phase A and carbomer
while mixing at 500-600rpm. When carbomer
is fully dispersed, add the rest of the phase A
ingredients, one at a time, and start heating to
75[degrees]C with moderate propeller mixing. Add all
phase B ingredients to a separate vessel and
heat to 80[degrees]C. Once both phase A and phase B
have reached temperature, slowly add phase B
to phase A. Mix for 10 minutes at 75[degrees]C. Turn off
heat and continue to mix at 500-600rpm until
cool. Pre-mix phase C ingredients and add to
phase AB when temperature is below 45[degrees]C.
Cool the batch to RT with slow mixing.

Cleansing & Purifying Wipes

 (polysorbate 20)

PROCEDURE:

Solubilize the fragrance with the polysorbate
and add Montaline C40; mix until homogeneous,
then add the water and the silicone.
Adjust to final pH.

PROCEDURE:

Combine materials of phase A in a kettle. Start
heating to 78-80[degrees]C. Mix well, under Lightnin
type of agitation, until all waxes are melted.
Add phase B to phase A in sequence, mixing
well after each addition. Mix well until uniform.
Add phase C to the batch. Mix well. Pour
into molds in an appropriate molder at 75-72[degrees]C.

PROCEDURE:

Disperse Mackamide CS in Mackester MS.
Heat to 34-40[degrees]C. Add NPE-9 and EB solvent.
Mix until clear. Add water, holding temperature
at 35[degrees]C. Add preservative and mix for 10 minutes.
Cool to room temperature.

PROCEDURE:

Sprinkle Ultrez 21 in water at RT and mix
well until free of lumps. Add remaining
ingredients of phase A in order listed and
mix well until homogeneous and clear. In a
separate vessel, premix phase B ingredients
in order listed and mix. Add phase B slowly
into phase A at RT and mix carefully; avoid
aerating batch. Add phase C and mix.

PROCEDURE:

Heat phases A and B separately to 70[degrees]C. Join
phases; homogenize. Premix components of
phase C and add at 60[degrees]C; mix well. Neutralize at
50[degrees]C; homogenize shortly. Cool down to 30[degrees]C
and add perfume.

PROCEDURE:

Charge vessel with water and add first dose of
Ca[C1.sub.2]. Heat to 55[degrees]C. In a separate vessel or in
the drum, heat the Incrosoft TSO-90 to 50[degrees]C.
Apply agitation to the water vessel. Slowly add
remaining items in the order listed. Separate
additions of TSO-90 followed by Ca[C1.sub.2] are needed
in order to keep a gel from forming. This also
helps insure a uniform dispersion particle size,
which facilitates long-term dispersion stability.
Continue mixing until uniform.
