This excellent video by Elize St. Charles transforms traditional yoga techniques and modern exercise theory into a cohesive, contemporary fitness and stress management routine that provides an alternative to aerobic workouts. The exercises themselves are explained and photographed in great detail, so the program is clear, safe and enjoyable.
