Moda Mall offers chance to win Durrat Marina property.
Bahrain's luxury shopping destination, Moda Mall has launched a new sales promotion in collaboration with top real estate developer Durrat Marina offering customers an opportunity to win a high-end freehold residential property by the sea at Marina Residence II, one of the most promising and upscale residential communities in Bahrain.
In a first for a shopping destination in Bahrain, Moda Mall will be offering its customers a high-end marina lifestyle as part of enhancing their shopping experiences at the mall, said a statement from Cushman & Wakefield Bahrain, the managing agents of Bahrain World Trade Center (BWTC) and Moda Mall.
As part of this deal, Moda Mall will be showcasing a 3D model of the Durrat Marina masterplan featuring its sea-facing villas, residential apartments and marina promenade with a video walk-through and photo gallery of show apartments.
The high-end 97-sq-m apartment prize furnished with a 15 sq m balcony from Moda Mall, will feature marina bay and, fully equipped gym and access to the infinity pool in the building and the beach, dedicated parking facility, gated community with 24-hours security, as well as easy access to Marina Yacht Club and retail outlets including cafes and restaurants.
It will be on display at the mall's Fashion Court until February 15, said the statement.
As part of this campaign, Moda Mall has also tied up with American Express Middle East, offering its cardmembers an increased chance to win in the grand prize draw for their shopping at the mall, it added.
