Mobius and Princeton eCom Alliance To Offer End-to-End eBilling.

Business Editors & High Tech Writers

RYE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 30, 2001

Mobius Management Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOBI), a leading provider of software for managing and presenting enterprise content, and Princeton eCom, a leading provider of electronic billing and payment services, announced today the formation of a marketing alliance that will deliver a comprehensive electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) solution to banks and billers.

The agreement will provide an end-to-end solution from bill/statement archiving and presentment to consolidation, distribution, payment processing and lockbox services. It will enable the millions of bills and statements stored by major corporations in Mobius's ViewDirect(R) content server to be presented with Mobius's Click-n-Done(TM) software, distributed through Princeton eCom's bill distribution network, and paid using Princeton eCom's payment services.

Mobius's ViewDirect and Click-n-Done capture, store and present bills and statements as well as documents from other enterprise applications. The software creates a highly scalable integrated repository that gives the consumer and the customer service representative access not just to the current bill but to historical data as well. This customer service and self-service facility goes beyond EBPP to provide an important component of an overall customer relationship management (CRM) strategy.

Princeton eCom enables consumers and businesses to access and pay bills online, over the phone, or using a wireless digital device. It also provides electronic billing and payment processing services to more than 1,000 corporations, banks, financial institutions and payment partners. Princeton eCom's range of services includes electronic lockbox, electronic collection, and electronic credit card balance transfer services

"This alliance, our recent acquisition of Quicken Bill Manager and our distribution agreements with Spectrum and Intuit further enhance the capabilities we can offer our customers," said Curt Welling, Princeton eCom's CEO. "Mobius's market-leading software for storing and presenting bills and statements is an ideal complement to our distribution network and payment processing services. Together we can offer banks and billers a powerful, enterprise-wide solution."

"Princeton eCom's extensive payment experience complements Click-n-Done," said Mitchell Gross, Mobius president and CEO. "Equally important, Princeton eCom's distribution network enables bills and statements stored in ViewDirect to be delivered to consumers and paid through their choice of end point, either through banks and portals or directly through the biller's Web site. This capability is consistent with our commitment to an open, standards-based architecture and gives our customers the widest range of options."
