Minister patronises mass wedding.

02 : 53 PM - 01/02/2018 Manama, Feb. 1 (BNA): Al Hamala Cultural and Charitable Society (AHCCS) will organise its 11th mass wedding party in early March for 200 couples from various areas in Bahrain. The AHCCS social committee has recently finalised the "Marriage Contract" formalities under the patronage of Labour and Social Development Minister, Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan. "As the family remains the cornerstone of shaping communities and due to the increase in divorce rate, AHCCS urges the couples under this programme to attend lectures and workshops aiming at promoting their family awareness", Habib Mubarak, the Head of the AHCCS, said. The AHCCS social committee has made interviews with all the participating couples, and made field visits to identify their needs. "The social committee continues to support the participating couples even after their marriage and ensures their financial and psychological stability in an attempt to secure a successful married life and to perceive how effective our programme is," he said. He also expressed his deepest thanks to the society's honorary president, Shaikh Salman bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, President of the Survey and Land Registration Bureau, and to all national figures for their unlimited support, inviting institutes, societies and individuals in the kingdom to volunteer and be part of the voluntary societies.
