Million-dollar trio.

A double-decker fast-food sale, rural residence and motel foreclosure all generated seven-digit deals in Pulaski County.

Arkansas Realty Development LLC, led by Emily Fan, bought Backyard Burgers at 2511 McCain Blvd. in North Little Rock and 305 N. Shackleford Road in west Little Rock for $1.6 million.

The seller? Realty Income Corp. of Escondido, Calif.

A 16-acre residential spread in west Pulaski County tipped the scales at $1.4 million. Theseus Holdings LLC, led by Win Rockefeller Jr., purchased the 8,800-SF home from the namesake living trust of Mike and Pamela Ashcraft.

Zion's First National Bank of Salt Lake City recovered the Quality Inn at 500 W. 29th St. in North Little Rock through a $1.5 million foreclosure sale. The former owner is Little Rock Hospitality LLC, led by Rupinder Dhihon.
