Millie's toy joy; BRAVE FIRE GIRL IS STAR OF LATE LATE SPECIAL.

Byline: By GERALDINE COMISKEY

BRAVE little Millie McNamara who was almost burned to death in a horror attack was the star of The Late Late Toy Show.

The six-year-old brought tears to viewers' eyes last night as host Pat Kenny presented her with gifts.

Millie and her four-year-old brother Gavin were targeted by a savage thug in Limerick who torched their mother's car while they sat in the back.

Despite suffering from severe injuries doctors released her to let her take part in the show although Gavin is still being treated for facial burns.

But before going on, Millie said she knew her brother would be watching from his hospital bed.
