Miller launches High Life Light.

The Miller Brewing Co. will introduce High Life Light in Florida, Nebraska and Washington this week, the company has reported.

High Life Light will be "near premium" priced, and will be available in 12-oz non-returnable bottles and 12-oz. cans. The company says that marketing support for High Life Light will "focus on co-branded point-of-sale materials with Miller High Life."

Explaining the move, Sharon Ali, Miller High Life brand manager said, "Beer drinkers are increasingly interested in low-calorie beers, and want premium taste and a good value. High Life Light delivers that in a beer with only 98 calories."
