* Massage Envy leased 2,598 s/f for a period of 10 years. This lease was co-brokered with Jeffrey Realty and RJ Brunelli Real Estate.

* European Wax Center lease 1,522 s/f for a period of 10 years. This deal was co-brokered with Jeffrey Realty and RJ Brunelli Real Estate.

* Source Plasma Manufacturing leased 3,661 s/f and a period of 11 years. This deal was co-brokered with Jeffrey Realty. Other tenants of this center include Shop Rite, Home Depot, Marshalls, OldNavy, AC Moore, The Avenue, Applebee's, Ten Spot, GNC, Allstate and Gamestop.
