Mighty mite's brave battle; First picture of Hercules.

This is the first picture of the septuplet wonderchild nicknamed Hercules.

Kenneth McCaughey was the first of the Magnificent Seven taken off his ventilator.

And last night, mum and dad Bobbi and Kenny, of Carlisle, Iowa, were celebrating when his sister, Natalie Sue, also started to breathe on her own.

Docs upgraded her condition from serious to fair.

Kenneth was dubbed Hercules because he held up the other babies in the womb.

For a short time on Sunday Joel Steven was also breathing on his own but doctors later put him back on the ventilator.

The other four are expected to be breathing on their own within days.
