Microscopy systems provide three different techniques.

Booth 871. Alpha300 series microscopy systems feature three different techniques. The S series near-field scanning optical microscope can "see" with high resolution and produces images with an optical resolution below the diffraction limit. The A series atomic force microscope uses a very small, sharp tip to "feel," or scan over, a surface to acquire topographic information. Together with the pulsed force imaging mode, surface properties such as adhesion or stiffness can be imaged on the nanometer scale. To "identify," the R series confocal Raman microscope offers a resolution down to 200 nm. A complete spectrum is acquired at each image pixel. WITec GmbH www.WITec.de, +49 700 94832 366
