Metropolitan Cardiology Consultants acquire Ridgewood medical building.
The .66 acre property is located at 1.04 Chestnut Street. Built in 1987, the two-story structure features approximately 9,800 square feet of office space. The building has convenient patient parking and is in downtown Ridgewood, with easy access to all major highways.
Metropolitan Cardiology Consultants will use the offices to provide a full range of outpatient cardiology services to its patients in northeastern New Jersey and them Hudson Valley region of New York. In addition, the group will open a state-of-the-art nuclear cardiology center in the building. The offices are expected to open in January 2000.
The acquisition was stalled on several occasions due to challenges with the mortgage holders of the building and the previous owner.
