Met Center selects agents

Metropolitan Life Insurance Company recently appointed The Garibaldi Group as the exclusive leasing agent and GRC Management Corp. as the property management company for four of the six buildings that comprise Metropolitan Center at Florham Park, its Morris County suburban office complex. The announcement was made by Neil McShane, assistant vice president and regional manager of MetLife Real Estate's Metropark New Jersey Region.

The Garibaldi Group is responsible for the leasing of each of the two-building plazas at 25 Hanover Road and 30 Vreeland Road. Peter Yannotta, vice president of The Garibaldi Group, will oversee the leasing program for the project.

GRC Management Corp., an affiliate of The Garibaldi Group, will be responsible for overall management and day-to-day operations of both properties.
