Meridian announced the following transactions:

* A new mortgage for $25,000,000 on a 126,900 square foot office building on Fifth Avenue in New York, NY. The property will benefit from a rate of 5.670%, with a 10-year term. David Rosenberg and Seth K. Grossman handled this transaction.

* A new mortgage for $6,540,000 on a five-story office building containing 16,316 square foot, on West 23rd Street in New York, NY. The loan featured a rate of 5.981% and a 10-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Dovid Ostrov and Jeffrey Weinberg.

* A new mortgage for $4,500,000 on two 6-story elevator Apt. Buildings containing 76 units, on Lefferts Avenue in Kew Gardens, NY. The loan featured a rate of 5.590% and a 10-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Joseph Taub.

* A new 2nd mortgage for $4,000,000 on a 72,025 square foot office building on Seventh Avenue in New York, NY. The property will benefit from a rate of 6.375%, with a 10-year term. Carol Shelby handled this transaction.

* A new mortgage for $3,400,000 on a 54-unit, 6story elevator apt. building on Creston Avenue in the Bronx. The loan featured a rate of 5.875% and a 10-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Isaac Filler and Charles Grussgott.

* A new mortgage for $2,675,000 on a 64-unit, 10-story elevator apt. building on East 48th Street in New York, NY. The co-op is 100% sold and the loan featured a rate of 5.700% with a 14-year term. Carol Shelby negotiated this transaction.
