Memory loss man mystery.

By MIRROR REPORTER POLICE have released a photo of a mystery man who has spent the past five months in hospital after being found wandering the streets with no memory.

They hope to find someone who knows who the amnesia sufferer is, as he cannot speak English.

Officers believe he may have used the name Maninder Singh previously.

After being found alone in Barnet, Hertsfordshire, on August 29 last year, he told officers he did not know where he was or how he got there.

The Punjabi speaker, who claimed he was from Southall 15 miles away, was wearing an orange turban, a blue zip-up jumper, jeans and black trainers.

He had a cut on his ear and a bump on his head and officers feared he may have been assaulted.

Lisette French, of Britain's Met Police, said: "He was found in a frail and confused condition but, despite now being physically well, has not regained his memory."
