This software addresses the particular needs of membership management allowing complete automation of organization/association/society function. The system can handle an unlimited number of members and organizations, and features "profile codes" that link members by professional interest, sex, special skill or any other criteria defined by the user. An integrated Revenues Module handles billing of dues, contributions or pledges -- for an unlimited number of separate funds. Accounts receivable tracking features user-defined reports that can detail major contributors. Automatic calculations handle dues, minimum payment amounts, finance charges, service charges and taxes; bills can be sent monthly, quarterly or annually. The Planning and Attendance Module schedules any event (meetings, conferences, lecturers, visitations, etc.), and can track both member and non-member attendance. Annual planning capability is built in for recurring events, including a "tickler file" to remind users of deadline dates. Custom reports, letters, labels and envelopes can be composed and printed without having to exit the system or transfer data to a separate wordprocessor. Members can be grouped and subgrouped through batch sorting providing targeted, specialized reports and correspondence. The software requires an IBM or compatible with 640K RAM, hard disk and DOS 3.0 or higher. It supports Novell, IBM PC NET or any other DOS 3.1 NetBIOS compatible network.
