Megaworld expects P4-B sales from new McKinley Hill condo.
PROPERTY developer Megaworld Corp. expects revenues of about P4 billion with the launch of its St. Mark Residences, a 23-story residential tower in McKinley Hill in Taguig.
The said development, expected to be completed in 2021, has a direct connection to the Venice Grand Canal Mall. It offers 235 units ranging from studio of up to 41 square meters, one bedroom of up to 66 square meters, two bedroom of up to 163 square meters and three bedroom of up to 120 square meters. All unit sizes have their own balconies.
St. Mark Residences offers amenities at its third-level podium, which includes a clubhouse pavilion, swimming pool, children's playground, fitness station, mini-theater, function halls, library, gym with sauna, massage area, badminton courts and a tennis court. It also has its landscaped gardens that include a meditation garden, sculpture garden and a rock garden.
'St. Mark Residences will be among the last residential properties in McKinley Hill, and is conveniently located beside the iconic Venice Grand Canal Mall. Living in McKinley Hill allows walkable access to the mall and close proximity to and from C-5 and the South Luzon Expressway, as well as the Makati CBD via McKinley Road,' said Noli D. Hernandez, the company's senior vice president.
McKinley Hill is a 50-hectare township development within in the former Fort Bonifacio. At present, it is home to McKinley Hill Village, several residential towers, office towers, schools, foreign embassies and the McKinley Hill Football Stadium.
Around 100,000 workers, mostly from the IT and BPO sectors, are employed in the various towers inside McKinley Hill, while around 15,000 residents live in the township.
