Launched by a Qatari promoter, this project has several components: luxury residential villas, high-standing hotels, restaurants, cafes, trade centres and spaces dedicated to children.

The project will stretch over 60 hectares in Tozeur, more precisely at the level of "Mrah El Ahwar" to Nefza.

Under this convention, the investor pledges to achieve the project in accordance with a master plan, respect environment, give priority to Tunisian workforce according to the needs of the project and establish modern basic infrastructure.

The promoter will benefit from several tax and financial incentives, in conformity with the law in force governing tourist projects in Saharan regions.

The same bill, it is to be reminded, had been passed by the Chamber of Deputies.
