Includes State designated pediatric trauma center, full service inpatient and outpatient surgical centers including congenital heart program at two sites, 20+ outpatient specialty clinics and the region's only comprehensive developmental program and outreach services, emphasizing interventional and preventive care.

Expertise in congential heart is renowned and is also capturing the Seattle market through a joing program with Swedish Hopsital and Health Center. In June 2004, pediatric inpatient surgeries will be performed in a new $67 million dollar surgery center featuring latest technology; 2005 the outpatient center moves into a new facilities.

Qualified candidates are B/C in general pediatrics or pediatric sub-specialty recognized by the ABP and the ABMS with 5+ years successively broader leadership roles, demonstrating strong visionary, administrative, clinical skills, ability to employ a variety of leadership styles, experienced in managing physicians, medical clinics, hospital departments, quality assurance, risk management, utilization, and regulatory requirements.
