Media asked to highlight right of self-determination to Kashmiri people.

Muzaffarabad -- The Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Prime Minister Chaudhry Abdul Majeed has called the media to play their vital role in highlighting the inalienable right of self-determination to people of Kashmir. He was addressing the oath taking ceremony of newly elected office bearers in Muzaffarabad on Tuesday.

The AJK Premier lauded the role of journalists for highlighting the Kashmir issue and the plight of people of Indian occupied Kashmir. He called upon the international community to pressurize India to compel with UN resolution on Kashmir and grant right of self-determination to the people for world peace and prosperity in the region. He said that his government is committed to develop liberated territory on modern lines and welfare of the masses is top most priority of the state government.
