Measurex closes revolving credit agreement.

CUPERTINO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 10, 1995--Measurex Corp. (NYSE/PSE:MX) Friday announced that it has signed a Credit Agreement of $50 million with Bank of America, as Agent, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., and The Bank of New York.

The company will be able to borrow funds under this unsecured multi-currency facility through February, 1998. This expansion of the company's lines of credit will be available for general corporate purposes.

Measurex, which stands for measurement excellence, provides the world with computer-integrated control and information systems for continuous and batch manufacturing processes.
