Mealey launches "Emerging Securities Litigation".
Mealey Publications (King of Prussia, PA) has begun the publication of Emerging Securities Litigation, a monthly newsletter that covers lawsuits and class actions filed against stockbrokers, accounting firms, brokerages and financial analysts, as well as those related to IPOs. An annual print subscription costs $700.Designed to offer coverage of the latest developments in securities litigation, the newsletter includes editorial on such topics as fiduciary duties to shareholders, 401k and pension implications, class actions, damage calculations, causation questions, Daubert issues, debt bondholder implications, bankruptcy issues and accounting liability in the securities law context.
The new publication also features opinion digesting and copies of court documents, news of the latest lawsuits and copies of the pleadings, commentaries from attorneys and industry--related professionals, verdict and settlement reporting, and e-mail bulletins on late breaking news.
