Kitchen Impossible with Michel Roux Jnr THURSDAY, CHANNEL 4, 9PM: NEW SERIES Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux Jnr has spent years working with organisations helping young people into work, and believes that talent can come from the most unusual places. But his latest eight trainees present a unique set of challenges - they all have disabilities, ranging from Tourette's to blindness, Down's syndrome to autism. With only half of all people with a disability in the UK having any kind of job, Michel is determined to give his trainees the basic skills, experience and confidence they need to work in one of the toughest professions around.
