McGraw-Hill Home Interactive appoints Aaron Howard as senior vice president of business development.

Howard leads business development efforts and

publishing strategies

McGraw-Hill Home Interactive (MHHI) today announced that Aaron Howard has been appointed as senior vice president of business development.

Howard's responsibilities include defining and leading business development activities for MHHI and its partnerships, developing publishing strategies, identifying publishing partners and assessing new business opportunities.

With an extensive knowledge of the consumer multimedia industry and expertise in new business development, he provides experience to ensure that the McGraw-Hill brand is consistently associated with high- quality partnerships and business relationships. Howard will report directly to Bill Nisen, president of MHHI and will work closely with all members of the MHHI executive staff.

Howard joins MHHI from Media Station Inc., where he served as president and chief executive officer. Prior to this he was vice president and general manager of MarketWare Corp., president and chief operating officer of Mammoth Micro Productions and vice president of Aldus Corp. Howard holds a master's and a bachelor's of science in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of Washington.

Established in 1995, McGraw-Hill Home Interactive (http://www.mhhi.com) is based in South San Francisco. The division is dedicated to publishing consumer multimedia titles that equally emphasize education and entertainment in core subject areas such as science, math, social studies and language arts.
