Park 17 Office Center is a two-building complex totalling more than 170,000 square feet located on Route 17 North in Rochelle Park. The Bergen County Board of Social Services occupies one building. The second building, a 91,300-square-foot structure, is available with units from 2,500 square feet.
The Leighton Executive Center at 5 Leighton Place in Mahwah features 32,000 square feet, with 27,000 square feet available. The structure is owned by 36000 Inc., a subsidiary of Midlantic National Bank.
The third building, The Atrium, at 535 E. Crescent Avenue. in Ramsey, is a single-story office building which is 92 percent leased. The 73,700-square-foot structure, formerly a warehouse, was converted into modern office facilities in 1985. Tenants include Pezrow, Kratos Analytical, Inc., Solar Turbines and Broadcast Television. The building has 5,524 square feet available. It is owned by 535 E. Crescent Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A.
