Byline: We love SOAPS By Tess Lamacraft
EASTENDERS Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri BBC1
Another week, another attractive lady for the Walford Womaniser, aka Max Branning, to try and seduce in his Portakabin of love.
This time it's a businesswoman called Karin Smart played by West End star Denise Van Outen. Max's interest is immediately piqued when she strides into the square on the hunt for Phil.
Karin and Max strike up a conversation and it's not long before they've cooked up a business deal and she's heading back to Max's to get to know him a little better. But a word of warning - widow Karin may not be all that she seems. Could she be on a secret mission for Phil? Ooh, the intrigue!
Elsewhere, following Kat's suicide scare, Alfie and Stacey continue to nurse her back to health and are pleased when she's told she can leave hospital.
However, the Moons get a visit from a social worker probing to see if they are fit parents. Er, let's think about that. One of them burned down the family home and the other is more unstable than a seesaw. We're thinking probably not.
