Max Factor date rapist heir held.

Max Factor heir Andrew Luster (above) who disappeared before he was convicted of rape and jailed for 124 years was captured in Mexico yesterday.

District Attorney's Investigator Richard Haas said in Ventura County, California, the FBI notified him that Luster, great-grandson of cosmetics legend Max Factor, was in custody. When asked what would happen next, Haas said Luster apparently has no legal standing to be in Mexico.

Luster, (39), disappeared in January during a recess in his trial. He was sentenced in absentia to 124 years in prison for multiple counts of rape, poisoning and drug possession involving three women.

Prosecutors said Luster, who lived off a trust fund and property investments, took three women to his home between 1996 and 2000 and raped them after giving them the so-called date-rape drug GHB.
