Matthew Adam Properties.

Kendra Stensven has joined Matthew Adam Properties in the new position of sustainability director and as senior asset manager.


Stensven is a LEED Accredited Professional with extensive experience in development and green issues and will advise Matthew Adam Properties' clients on green initiatives. She will also manage rental, co-op, and condo properties for board and investor clients.

Stensven joins the firm after five years with a major New York City developer where she was project manager for the development of a 185-unit LEED-NC Gold multi-family building in Manhattan and co-ordinated the rehab of a 193-unit residence in Westchester.

Prior to that, she was a real estate financial analyst for an investment company in Boston and a senior consultant in the Real Estate Advisory Services of Ernst & Young, LLP.

Stensven earned a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Economics and Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin.
