Matrix signs new tenants at NJ's Interchange Plaza

Matrix Development Group of Cranbury, New Jersey, announces that six new corporate residents have moved into Interchange Plaza, the Matrix office park near Exit 8A of the New Jersey Turnpike in Cranbury.

At 101 Interchange Plaza, the new companies are Arquest, Inc., C & R Realty and Michael P. Balint and Michael A. Toto, attorneys at law. The two newcomers to 104 Interchange Plaza are Daesung America Co., Inc. and General Rehabilitation Services.

All Matrix corporate residents and homeowners are members of the new Matrix Advantage Program, which provides an array of perks including tennis, golf, swimming and other recreational activities as well as the services of a corporate concierge who will make reservations, provide information, arrange trips and outings, and more.

Arquest, Inc. is a new company which purchased the private label diaper business of Chicopee, a Johnson & Johnson subsidiary. Walter Schoenberg and Peter Hamburger of Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, Inc., were the brokers.

C & R Realty is New Jersey's largest independently owned manager of condominium and cooperative properties. The company, which moved into 101 Interchange Plaza in 1988, has signed a new lease for more than 3,000 square feet. Steve Millstein of Garden State Land in Cranbury was the broker.

Michael P. Balint and Michael A. Toto have been attorneys in central New Jersey for many years. Both attorneys have practiced at Interchange Plaza since it opened in 1989 and recently moved into the joint space.

Daesung America Co., Inc. is the American trading arm of the Korean-based Daesung International. The new office, which has relocated from Fort Lee, New Jersey, is the purchasing/marketing/ sales headquarters for North America, including Canada.

General Rehabilitation Services is involved in medical case management, dealing with motivation and rehabilitation of injured and disabled employees to reduce the cost of insurance claims and legal claims. The new office is a satellite of the 13-year-old company which is headquartered in Berwin, Pennsylvania. The broker was Adam Rose of Rosenfeld, Inc., Cherry Hill.
