MatchLogic Appoints Mike Oldham As Chief Operating Officer; Oldham Charged With Furthering MatchLogic's Growth and Expansion.

WESTMINSTER, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 10, 2001

MatchLogic, the leading global interactive marketing solutions company and wholly-owned subsidiary of the leader in broadband Excite@Home (Nasdaq: ATHM), today announced the appointment of Mike Oldham as Chief Operating Officer. With over 20 years of information technology industry experience, Oldham will implement and manage MatchLogic's day-to-day strategic operations, advancing the company's goal to offer interactive marketing services that help global marketers, such as General Motors, Procter & Gamble, and AT&T grow more profitably. To help continue MatchLogic's growth, Oldham will assume responsibility for all sales, account management, product management, engineering and operations for the company's customer acquisition, internet ad serving and relationship marketing services.

Most recently, Oldham served as the COO of Columbine JDS Systems (now Encoda Systems, Inc.), a global supplier of business-to-business technology solutions for broadcast television and radio, cable MSO and advertising agency clients. Prior to that, he worked for Citicorp Information Resources as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Unisys. Through these experiences, Oldham has demonstrated the ability to deliver profitable growth in technology companies providing complex business solutions to their clients. He also has developed extensive technical knowledge for media campaign planning, ad insertion traffic and billing.
