Massey Knakal announced the following transactions:

* The sale of 6402-6422 108th St., a one-story retail property in Queens, N.Y., for $22.9 million. Thomas Donovan, of Massey Knakal, represented both parties;

* The sale of 214 E. 35th St., a 3,200 s/f vacant property in New York City, for $1.525 million. John Ciraulo, of Massey Knakal, represented both parties in the transaction;

* The sale of 45 W. 88th St., a 6,432 s/f apartment building in New York City, for $4.2 million. Meyrick Ferguson and Robert Knakal, of Massey Knakal, and Fenwick Keats negotiated this deal;

* The sale of 9 St. Marks Ave., an 8,850 s/f apartment building in Brooklyn, N.Y., for $1.52 million. Kenneth Freeman, of Massey Knakal, represented the seller;

* The sale of 111 Ave. C, a mixed-use, 4,020 s/f building in New York City, for $2.65 million. Michael Soleimani and James Nelson, of Massey Knakal, represented the seller.
