Massey Knakal Realty Services announced the following transactions:

* The sale of 317 Hicks St., a 10family walk-up building in Brooklyn, N.Y., for $2.1 million.

Brian Leary, of Massey Knakal, represented the seller in the transaction. Hallstead Properties represented the buyer;

* The sale of 110 E. 31st St., a four-story building in New York City, for $2.95 million.

John Ciraulo, of Massey Knakal, and Mark A. Kanian negotiated this transaction;

* The sale of 45 Parade Place, a six-story apartment building in Brooklyn, N.Y., for $2 million.

Eric Greenfield, of Massey Knakal, represented the seller in the transaction. Freidman-Roth Realty represented the buyer;

* The sale of 109-41 Francis Lewis Boulevard, a two-story commercial property in Queens, N.Y., for $492,000.

Mahmud Wazihullah, of Massey Knakal, represented both parties in the transaction;

* The sale of 429A Seventh Ave., a one-story retail buildings in Brooklyn, N.Y., for $225,000.

Ken Freeman, of Massey Knakal, represented both parties in the transaction.
